Welcome to Homega.mt, the premier platform for listing and finding properties in Malta. This guide will help you get started, showing you how to navigate our site and utilize its features effectively.
Creating an Account:
- Visit https://homega.com.mt/
- Click on 'Register' in the upper right hand corner
- Choose to register via Facebook, Google, or Email
- Fill in the required details
- If you signed up via email, verify your account through the confirmation email/link sent to you.
Navigating the Website:
- Home Page: Here the simple search is front and center, choose rent or buy select location(s) and see what properties are available. Also on the homepage we have curated some of our favorite properties with popular attributes.
- Search Results Page:
- Filters: Add more filters to narrow down your search and even more are available in the advanced filters section. After adding the ones you want, select show results:
- If you like this search you can also save it. Once saved you can opt to receive notifications when new properties match your search. To edit these options and see your saved searches navigate to the saved searches section in the menu underneath your profile.
- When the listings show up underneath the search you can have them appear in regular mode or list mode to your liking.
- Listings can also be sorted by price or date
- You can click on a listings to view more or you can also, favorite it by selecting the heart, share it with the share button or hide it so that it no longer shows up in your results.

- Property Listing page: Here you will see all the information the seller or agent has disclosed about the property. This will typically showcase the best photos and features of the property as well as provide a description. Optionally some listings will display a floor plan, video, and even virtual tours.
- Messaging owners and agents: Within the property listing page you will see the ability to message the agent or agent who listed the property. You will need to be logged in to use this feature. Once you send a message the lister will receive your message and have an opportunity to reply.
- Contacting Sellers: Information on how to reach out to property listers.
- City Map: You will see a map outlining the city where the property is located.
- Mortgage Calculator: On property pages that show a listing for sale we have provided this helpful mortgage calculator to estimate your monthly payment. These are just estimates and will depend heavily on who you use to finance the property.
- Similar Homes: This section may display homes with similar attributes and or in the same city.
- City information widget: This describes the city and when selected will take you to the city page.
- City Page: This will provide helpful information about the city as well as some quick facts. Homes for sale and rent will also be posted here when available.
- List your property: This link will take you through the prompts to list your property.

- Explore various property types and listings to familiarize yourself with our offerings.
- Favorite the properties you like so you can easily access them later.
- Save your searches to get notifications when new listings are added that meet your criteria.
